AF Development Care (AFDC) is thrilled to launch the Young Women’s Humanitarian Leadership Program, an exclusive six-month unpaid internship (July to December 2025) designed to empower young women from select countries to become trailblazers in humanitarian aid and international development. If you’re a passionate young woman (age 24 or under) eager to make a global impact, this transformative program is for YOU!

This unique program is tailored for 20 exceptional young women from Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Iran, Turkey, Jordan, and Syria. Recognizing the challenges many young women face in continuing their education and career development due to conflict, cultural barriers, or limited opportunities, AFDC is committed to providing a safe and supportive platform to help you thrive.

As a participant, you’ll:

Who Can Apply?

  • Young women (age 24 or under) who are fresh graduates or nearing graduation.
  • Residents of Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Iran, Turkey, Jordan, or Syria.
  • Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (program conducted in English).
  • Passionate about humanitarian aid and committed to making a difference.
  • No prior experience required—just enthusiasm and dedication!
